Little Big Town Set to Release ‘Pain Killer’

Reigning Vocal Group of the Year, Little Big Town, is releasing their sixth studio album, ‘Pain Killer’ on October 21st.  The 13 song album is a follow up to the foursome’s 2012 platinum album ‘Tornado’ which featured the Grammy Award winning summer anthem, Pontoon.

Eight of the 13 tracks were co-written by the four members of the group, including the current single Day Drinking.  ‘Pain Killer’ reunites the group with producer Jay Joyce who also worked on ‘Tornado.’

Kimberley Fairchild calls the album “bold and provocative” and is sweet and sass altogether- a good combination.

We expect ‘Pain Killer’ to be certified platinum just like ‘Tornado’ was in 2012.

The foursome will be playing for New Endland crowds this August and September. Check them out on the cape on August 14th at the Cape Cold Melody Tent and August 15th at the South Shore Music Circus; or catch their return to New England on September 27th at the Big E Fair.
