Kenny Chesney Adds Second Show In Foxborough

When it was announced that Kenny Chesney would take 2017 off from touring to recharge, thousands of fans were disappointed as Kenny’s annual shows in their city were the highlight of the summer. And when he announced that he would be playing one stadium show in 2017, fans from across the country flocked to Ticketmaster to scoop up tickets. We saw fans from Maryland, Florida, Tennessee, Texas, New York, Pennsylvania, and even California say they got tickets. While many fans rejoiced in their new purchases, some fans were discouraged because they had trouble getting tickets for this highly anticipated event. Demand was at an all time high.

Gillette Stadium

But just today, Kenny Chesney announced that he’s decided to add a second show in Foxborough, MA at Gillette Stadium- the place he dubbed the birthplace of No Shoes Nation. So if you didn’t get tickets for the August 25th show, now you have another shot at tickets for a show on Saturday, August 26th. And if you’re one of those fans who purchased tickets for Friday, because it was the only show announced, don’t despair! You have three options.

1.) Keep your tickets! You’re seeing Kenny Chesney at Gillette Stadium. Plain and simple. You’re in. You’ll be seeing one of the best entertainers in not only country music but also in the entire music industry. Enjoy your three day weekend and you now have an extra day to recover from a long night of singing and maybe a few ice cold Corona’s.
2.) Sell your tickets and buy new tickets for Saturday. Fans are going to want to go to see Kenny, no matter what day it is.
3.) Keep your tickets and buy more tickets for Saturday! Two consecutive nights of Kenny Chesney in Foxborough!? Yes, please! We’ve done it for as long as we can remember. The last time we didn’t was the 2007 Goin’ Coastal Tour and that was because we were out of town for one of the nights. It’s a long weekend if you choose to do both, but it’s damn worth it. At the end of any Kenny show, you’re left wanting to hear more songs, you want more time to be with your friends and more time to just have fun. If you go both nights, you get just that. More time, more fun and more songs.

Tickets for both shows will go on sale this Friday, December 2nd at 10AM via Ticketmaster.

Presales have already begun for the Friday show. However, presales for the second show will begin tomorrow at 10AM for premium members of No Shoes Nation (Kenny’s fan club) and the Home Team (Thomas Rhett’s fan club).
