Meet Danny Nickerson: he is a handsome young man from Foxboro, MA who will turn 6 later this week. Sadly, this young man was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor last October and despite his love for Legos and Super Mario, he wants one thing for this birthday- a box full of birthday cards.
His mother said, “He can recognize his name now. When he saw his name on the package from magical fairies on Easter, he was so happy.” She later said to ABC News, “I gave him the key to the P.O. Box, he was so excited when he opened it,” after he received approximately 40 cards.
Recently, country star Joe Nichols chimed in on this heartwarming request by Dan, on his Twitter account.
